Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis and I reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. I will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
This website may contain links to other websites which are not operated by Iain Glennie Framing. I have not control over the linked sites and accept no responsibility for them or any loss or damage that may happen from you using them.
Privacy Policy:
My privacy policy which sets out how I will use your information can be found at Privacy Policy page. By using this website, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
Prohibitions:
You must not misuse this website.
You will not:
Commit or encourage a criminal offence, transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene.
Hacking into any aspect of the service, corrupt data, cause annoyance to other users, infringe upon the rights of any person’s proprietary rights, send any unsolicited advertising/ promotional material and attempting to affect the performance or functionality of any of the website.

All intellectual rights of the content and design on this website remain the property of Iain Glennie Framing or it’s licensors and are protected by the copyright laws.
No licence or consent is given for the use, reproduce of any material on the website.
Terms of Sale:
After placing your order by email or on the phone or in person you will receive an email to confirm that all details of your order are correct also including the delivery charges if applicable. Only after receiving a confirmation email will your order be accepted. If the product is bespoke, then after the material have be order there will be not refund given if there is any error in sizing or colour.
You must be over the age of 18 years old and possess valid credit/ debit cards issued by a creditable bank.
Whilst I try to ensure that all information, prices and descriptions on the website are correct, errors may occur. If an error is discovered in the pricing of any of the goods you have order I will contact, you and give you the offer to reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
For payment of the goods I can send you an invoice which will have a link for you to enter your payment details by SMS, this system I use is run by an company called iZettle and I will have no access to any of your payment details.
I can send you an invoice so you could pay by bank transfer.
If you are collecting your goods or I’m delivering them, you can pay by cash or credit/ debit card using a card reader from iZettle
I’m sorry, I do not accept cheques.
All goods have to be paid for in full before they are dispatch or at the time you are collecting them.
I will try my best to keep the cost of postage and packaging as low as possible, so it’s always best to ask for a quick quote first and I will try and use the cheapest method depending on what you are ordering.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition, such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the “Total Cost” on the detailed email sent to you.
Large prints will be sent in a postal tube, smaller ones will be sent flat-packaged. All mounted prints will be packed between board sheets to ensure a safe journey. All framed prints are packaged in bubble wrap, with corner protectors, sandwiched between two boards front and packaged with stiff cardboard.
All prices for picture frames are for the supply of float glass, if you require specialised glass there will be an increase in the cost of the product depending on the glass you request.
Standard turnaround time for prints and mounted prints is between 3-5 working days. Framed products and canvas take between 10-14 working days depending on your choice of mouldings and the supplier’s delivery timescale. I’ll be able to give you a better idea of the timings when you place your order. These timescales are for the UK only, if you’re outside the UK please contact me to discuss the cost and timescale of delivery.
Should any product purchased from Iain Glennie Framing be found to be faulty or proven to be mis-represented at the time of purchase then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product. The cost of the return postage will be met by myself. Should the product be damaged in transit then it will be replaced or made good at the expense of Iain Glennie Framing. Damaged goods must be reported to me via email within 3 days of receipt and accompanied by photographs showing the damage. If you are unable to do so, please contact me via email.
All priced do not include VAT as I’m not VAT registered.
If you have any complaints, I operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve complaints when they first arise, please email me if you have any complaints.
These Terms & Conditions for the use of this website and any dispute arising out of the use of this website is subject to the laws in Scotland, Northern Ireland, England and Wales.
